Kalandra's Touch and Unset Rings

The Kalandra's Touch ring is supposed to mirror everything about the ring in the other slot, including the implicit modifiers. This works as expected for every other ring implicit; for instance, Kalandra's Touch will mirror the +Elemental Resists on a prismatic ring, as expected.

...except for one ring. The "+1 Skill Slots" effect on the Unset Ring is the only one that the ring doesn't mirror. Since the ring works for literally every other ring implicit, this seems like a bug to me.

Can you fix Kalandra's Touch so it actually mirrors unset rings' +1 skill slot implicit?

However, I also don't see why that needs to be continued in PoE2. In PoE1, unset rings have gems slotted on the item itself, making it difficult to implement a way for the ring to mirror it. In PoE2, unsets are just a +1 skill slot stat which shouldn't be difficult to mirror at all.

PoE2 is a different game than PoE1. Every unique here has different stats otherwise, so I don't see why this should still hold true here.
