Died in Corrupted Nexus > no Atlas points > no Nexus anymore - Stuck

Died the first time I tried Corrupted Nexus. No Atlas points of course.

Successfully cleared the same node the second time (although it already showed cleared and no Nexus mentioned), got no Atlas points.

There is NO Nexus anywhere on the map. I waited 24+ hours hoping it would reset, show up, but no. Cataclysm's Wake quest (Travel to the Corrupted Nexus) is stuck, cannot complete it.

I see many complain about this.

Someone mentioned that you can reset/restart which means you have to start from the beginning and clear all previous nodes from the start. I am OK to try this but how do I reset Endgame map progression?

If I cannot fix it myself and it doesn't get fixed by GGG, I will lose motivation to continue to play.

If you fail a Nexus you must find another one randomly on the atlas map.

This is currently how it is by design.
