Why has Lachlann Act 4 Been buffed so extremely?

This guy is bugged, by GGG tinkering with Magnitude, Area of Effect, and Attack speed. Sadly none of this for you, dear alpha tester, as toy gt to beat your corpse against the wall for more data to "examine".

Was having a great time though all of Acts 1-4 until Lachlann. Everything was a challenge, but not impossible like before. Then Lachlann.

I cannot believe GGG has not gotten this right yet.
