Chaotic Freeze doesn't Work during the campaign

I've just build another lich (yeah, i'm silly) after the choir of the storm uber-nerf (really, do something about that, it's litterally a shame to nerf an item like that, all my build spark is down now).
To come back to Chaotic Freeze:
- i was doing the campaign --> no freeze at all on bosses/monsters. I wasn't understanding why
- First map without changing ANYTHING on my build --> chaotic freeze works.

Have a nice day! (and think about Choir of the storm, really. If you don't want to revert about the spell echo gem, please at least make the choir of the storm build energy for the Cast on crit gems)
