Path of Exploss

It's honestly a constant mood drain. You can have all the fun killing tons of monsters, getting good loot. Whoops, there was a big frame skip because of lag and you are dead and the Omen of Amelioration didn't trigger for some weird reason.

You didn't really waste the last hour or so of your gameplay. There was actually a Perfect Jeweler's Orb Drop. You also learned that your tweaks to the build are working and got some currency. But the XP loss, man. It sure makes you feel like you wasted the time. Because all the XP bar you gained is gone now.

Some people see these threads and instantly assume people want to level up really fast without trouble. Buddy I don't care about the speed I level up. I just don't like the psychological effect seeing progress get reverted has on you. They could make XP gain really slow in exchange, I don't care.

Heck, if you could just allow me to disable XP gain on a map (and it also disables XP loss). That would be great. Sometimes I just want to play the game but not in such a serious way that I could lose work I made the othery day when I was taking things super seriously.
