Sceptre - Propose Endgame Rune to Generate Corpses

In Patch 0.2.1, there was no new endgame runes for the Sceptre to could help improve viability of Witch Minions. I would like to propose a new endgame rune that generates corpses that could be useful during boss fights. Some bosses never spawn minions, thus making skills that rely on corpses (e.g. Raise Zombie) totally useless. Thought it would be fitting for a rune named after the boss Rootdredge that summons zombies and explodes corpses...

Rootdredge’s Rune of Exhume Corpses
* Drop Level: 65
* Sceptres: Generates a nearby Corpse every 5 seconds.
