atlas skill points missing

Hi sorry this is my first time posting so sorry if this is in the wrong section, I'm currently level 95 I've done all the pinnacle bossed on Max level including the Arbor ash.

I feel like at this stage in the game I should have all my atlas skill points but I'm still missing 4 I don't know if it's bugged or I'm just getting stuffed by R and G on the unique maps? Maybe there should be an in game Quest letting you know which unique maps you have done.
