Blink bug with Weapon Set II

Hello I have been enjoying my chaos lich witch but there is a bug that has been hindering my gameplay a lot. Sometimes blink completely bugs out and the game doesn't allow me to use it at all. I am not sure if this happens only when I cast my curse (that is casted with my Weapon Set II) and immediately roll but it happens a lot. I am actually surprised no one else has reported this or that ggg hasn't fixed it. I'm not sure if there is something wrong with my character in specific but the only way I can fix it is either to unequip my Secondary weapon and equip it again, or to log out and log back in. I wish I had more details on how to trigger this bug but at this point it seems that it is completely random. Just in case the icon also appears out of cooldown and normally I should be able to use it. Hopefully this report can help to fix the issue or at least to give it some attention since I don't see no one else talking about it.
