More common rare omens

Is it confirmed anywhere by anyone this did happen?
I know, RNG, but I can't imagine what is the "show rate" of some of those, if I saw them ~5 times before the patch (around once a weekend) and I haven't seen one since.
Those are pretty crucial for endgame crafting, and currently almost impossible to get in SSF (hard to get Ritual tablets, other are more common, let alone Ritual tablets with + omen chance).
