Quivers could have sockets, any chance?

Right now we have so many socketable runes and cores, and lot equiptes could got socket, but leave quiver alone.

Was it possible to think the sockets could buff those arrows before they being pulled out and mount on the bow?

Or, since it's a quiver, a stuff hanging on the body, it could buff the body somhow? like giving spirit? or gain extra dmg? or resis?

anyway, I wish quiver could get socket, being a pathetic pathfinder seeking buff.

I wouldn't rule it out happening eventually.


There is precedent in POE1. While obviously a different kind of socket, they create a socketed quiver base type for a specific unique quiver.

It did take more than five years for this to happen ...

Nonsense! Your arrows would fall out if you bore holes in your quiver.

First they need to allow Crossbow players to use "quiver" item. Then we talk about sockets...

I doubt it because of socket numbers total.

A 1h + shield gets 2 sockets. A 2h gets 2 sockets. A bow would get 2 sockets + 1 socket from a quiver. It would be unbalanced for everybody else. If you get a lucky corrupt, you'll always be 1+ socket ahead of everyone else.

yes that monk is another career that has no off hand euipment, I'll suggest an extend shoulder bag to hold more flask because all monk do that.

Crossbow players also don't have off hand gear item. Sooner or later Devs should bring it to the table. Bow and Xbow are both two handed weapons but only one benefits from it.
These unfair rules make people quiting from the game.

Quivers won't have sockets, the best we will get is a new type of quiver where the implicit is a socket, like the Ornate Quiver in POE1.
