I am still unable to play the game. What kind of disrespect is this?

This is the third thread I create. The other 2 were answered by a team member saying that I should send an email, then the email person tells me that I have to create a thread here because they don't give technical support via email, then they move my thread and delete their answers.

For the third time in a week: I can't play the game. As soon as I try to load a character I get this pop up: File not Found: Data/PassiveJewelDistanceList.pjd
This happens when I try to log with my Standard League Endgame characters. If I try to load to a campaign character or any other, I get to play for a few mins (max 3) and the game crashes my entire system.

I am not playing a free to play game at the moment. I need someone to fix the problem with the game that I paid 30 euros for. Respect the people that supported your game, and give the technical support needed.

It could be that your downloaded data is corrupt.
On PC, if you play the stand-alone version then try to run "PackCheck.exe" or with Steam use "Verify integrity of game files"?

Still, don't you think that someone from tech support should've suggested that a week ago, when the problem started?
