XP Loss - Omen didn't trigger

My Omen of Amelioration didn't trigger on death, causing a full 10% xp loss.

Yes, it was active, it probably didn't trigger because it was activated before the last big patch, so probably that's why it wasn't technically active on the backend, while being visible as active on the frontend.


It was on character level 96 (@Clickachu_Ritualist), so I literally lost multiple hours of progress.

I would appreciate recovering this 7.5% XP, or any other form of compensation.

I'm enjoying the game, but this bug made me wanna quit until the official launch. I'm really worried about the current state of the game, 6 months deep into the EA. These kind of critical bugs shouldn't happen even in the EA - just my honest opinion.
