Enmity's Embrace doesn't work on mercs / WRONG category please delete

Hello,

Enmity's Embrace appears that it doesn't work on mercs. I did quite few shaper runs with the ring equipped and my merc has 180 fire res with the ring on. The runs with the ring equipped and unequipped take about 20-22 seconds from RP to phasing him. The kills with the ring on should be way faster
