"Cannot connect to Instance"

This has been happening since last week. 12/06/25

It happens in both games. Usually on area transition / portal. It happens nearly constantly. I change server to EU/Ger/UK etc. Sometimes it works but inevitably I get this same error.

Before this , both games worked great. No issues. Just some occasional lagging, but no disconnect. Not like this. Everyday.

How do I fix this??

It is very frustrating. Is it the servers? If so. When can we expect an improvement..?

Any tips or help will be appreciated.

The instance on the server crashed so it is no longer in existence. There is nothing that you can do about it.
