T15+ and Atlas Tree zones

Could you sort that loot into "higher tier" or just replace with gold/currency?

There is absolutely no reason for someone running t15+ and wanting 10% runspeed boots no matter how great the stats are.

If I wanted 10% speed boots for my alt, I would go run T6-8 maps. This should be the loot output.

+4 Atlas tree maps should have elevated loot level compared to +0 or +2, again, something like +10% runspeed should be either removed or put into 0.01% category.

Boots are completely random easiest example I could of made.
