Sekhem test progress has been reset (4 floors) + I can't change my specialization

I passed the 4 floors of the Sekhem trials, killed the last boss. Then I went to the reward room and pumped up my climbing talents. Then I was kicked out of the game, after the prologue I was kicked out of the trial, the trial was not counted, and the relics in the altar were missing.

My ascension altar is currently not working in the game (inactive) to change my specialization.
