Elevator Switch in Temple of Chaos not engaging

Doing Trial of Chaos Level 75 Ult. Level 83 Huntress in Standard League. Handle is Queen_Yarrr. I was running room 3 with the Soul altars and petrifying statues. In order to get the last of 3 soul cores to complete the room, you have to take an elevator up to a raised walkways full of packs. Well I can’t click on the switch do drop the circular platform down. Switched to my other character and went back and forth. Upon loading Huntress character into Trial of Chaos. It just hung up on loading screen. Was able to log back into Trial, character just walks right past button to activate switch.
