Server spikes just started happening

I don't know what's happened but I'm not able to play the game since today morning. I usually change servers to either Washington or somewhere in the US from my normal London server and it helps. I've even changed to Vulcan from Direct X but the same. Restarted my PC a bunch of times, same. My ISP is all fine so no issues on that end.

I have no clue how to solve this issue. Would appreciate any feedback or hear back from users who are having the same issue.
