Stuck in loading screens on console

My buddy keeps getting stuck on loading screens randomly. He has to go to his xbox settings, clear his cache, and then it MIGHT let him back in to the game normally. Idk if theres a fix for this or not already

Hello, i have the same problem on one character on my account. It stuck on loading screen to chimeral wetlands and dont login ever even after 10 min waiting.

Can someone advice if there is any possibility to reset character possistion and login??

Had the same yesterday.

After a few hours i was able to get back in but the map was lost.
Today same issue :( :( :( . Get into map. Portal out to hideout. Not able to portal back in. Status in loading screen (steaming Springs).

The disconnect issues last weekend and now this. Starting to rethink if this game is even worth my time.
