No Citadels spawning in my map. It's not even thinking of trying to spawn one. Need some help at this point.

Same here, 4 chars in maps 2 over level 90, 2 at level 85 and still haven't seen a citadel.

Finally see the light for one in the fog. I just had to go to the otherside of the world to find one (probably about 5 screens away from the starting location) after getting one character to 91 and another to 86. If this is what its gonna take to do fight that boss once, it's not worth it. Without some kind of consistency, this will drive people away quick.
