MASSIVE packloss please I'm begging for a fix

From what I understand this is a known issue and not all players have this issue however, I have had this issue on 2 different computers now. The timing is usually the worst possible timing ever. Just clicked a strongbox, started a breach, mid boss fight annndddd BOOOM 10seconds of black screen. I press escape when I'm playing alone which only works sometimes, often I find myself dieing while the game is technically paused. It is due to this issue alone I could never find myself playing Hardcore. Along with the massive 10seconds of not being able to control my character while he B lines it across the map in whatever direction I was pressing when the event happened. I also lose all revealed portions of my map, spirits in my map for the rest of the map are now invisable, and shrines no longer have a symbol above them representing what they are. Now if this was a once a play session issue, I would suck it up, but as time has gone on this is becoming an EVERY MAP at least once issue. I've literally had to take several day breaks from the game b/c this issue is sooo infurating.

But seriously before the next class, before the loot fixes, this NEEDS to be addressed, it's been an issue now for over 6 months. Again same issue on multiple machines. I am on a brand new rig and I have streamed this happening to my friends on discord who wont even try the game now after seeing that. So GGG just a heads up, you're literally losing players you never had with issues like this.
