USB Ports Resetting while playing POE 2

I have an issue when playing POE 2 - all of my USB ports will randomly reset. It's always all of them. It only happens when I play POE 2 - other games are fine.

I've changed my polling rate on my keyboard to the slowest (250) -It's almost like under full load of POE 2 it's overwhelming the USB ports, or pulling to much power from them and causing them to reset.

Updated Bios, Drivers, GPU drivers - all the usual.

Have an MPG Z790 Carbon Wifi motherboard
Intel I9 13900k
Gpu is GIGABYTE AORUS GeForce RTX 5090

Just curious if anyone else has a similar issue and if they found a solution.
