crossbow skill reload mana bug

when switching from a crossbow skill that needs to reload to a differnt crossbow skill then going back to that skill to reload, it takes the amount of mana as if reloading the skill just by the change but then reloads taking the mana cost again essentially doubling the time to shoot and the mana cost of any crossbow skill
