Issue with Megalomaniac Jewel which 'Allocates Overflowing Power'

Hi,

My maximum power charges are not increasing from 7 to 9 when I added the Megalomaniac Diamond with 'Allocates Overflowing Power' which increases maximum power charges by +2 to my skill tree.

Detail:
- Have 'Overflowing Power' skill tree passive (+2 maximum power charges)
- Have 'The Power Witihn' (+1 maximum power charge)
- Have 'Lust for Power' (+1 maximum power charge)
- Have Megalomaniac Jewel with 'Allocates Overflowing Power' (+2 maximum power charges)

Maximum is 7 not 9.

Are you saying you have it allocated with a passive point and also trying to use the jewel to allocate it at the same time? If so you cant stack it, its either one or the other, that's not a bug.
