Mapping and Magic Find - Thoughts
Hi all,
Would love some thoughts on this suggestion. Bit of feedback I am a poe 1 & 2 player with aspects of both games I really enjoy, one thing I do find is the unlimited maps (which I was really looking forward to being a delve enjoyer) just isn't satisfying. So here's my suggestion to solve that and the common magic find argument: The idea is tiers within tiers, you push your maps out to Tier 16 and can continue to scale infinitely however once both a distance from home and tier 16 has been completed a quest is awarded to allow you to access "Stage 2" maps (named differently to keep it simple) this will allow you to start finding Stage 2 Tier 1 maps, they have an upscaled difficulty but also include additional built in quantity and rarity. From a progression perspective it creates further variety within the unlimited maps: Stage 1 T1-16 Stage 2 T1-16 Stage 3 T1-16 etc The further you push the more you're awarded but similarly the further you are the more optimised your build will need to be to complete them, so do you then choose low stage maps but gear with high magic find or push high stage maps but cannot afford to lose stats for MF. This also allows for an easily scalable solution for people who want a challenge (can also add ladders etc). Should you at anytime go too far in stages and find it unsustainable, you can speak to Doryani to select a lower stage so nothing is fixed at anytime. As for difficulty I am of the opinion have a high ceiling but I dont think the average player should be sitting above Stage 3/4 and the highest stages (10+) should be either for fully optimised groups of players (encouraging group play) or for the Steve's of the world. 最後にスレッドがバンプされた時間 時刻 2025/07/03 8:42:49
