Include when and where voice work has changed in patch notes

Kind of a small request, but the recent interview with Kane gave a sneak peak that some voice work will be updated to include our character replying to NPCs. Since I've listen to things already, I would normally skip through it, but I would like to hear the updated stuff.

Just wanted to ask if it can be stated which acts have updated dialog in the patch notes in the future so I don't skip it since I do enjoy it. If the idea is that every act will get random updates all over the place, then it'd still be nice to have some idea of what has changed.

Really enjoy the voice work and this new approach seems like a really fun listen (especially for witch whom I usually play), but don't exactly want to listen through every bit of dialog again to find the new bits.
