Font issues in both games (POE1/2)

So i've got this weird thing with italic fonts which is very annoying and i'm kind of don't know what to do to fix this.
Sun Clan Relic screenshot was taken during the POE2 EA release time (i.e. around jan 2025), the other one was taken today in POE1, so this probably isn't the driver or windows build issue, or even the broken game installation (i've reinstalled and verified both games at least once during that time)
I've also tried to delete the base game font (there was a thread about it missing letters with instructions on how to resolve that, but it probably isn't the one that's used there)
What can cause this and what can I try to do to resolve this?
