Coalescing Corruption in Lush Isle sometimes doesn't activate, and spawns uncollectible loot

Coalescing Corruption in Lush Isle sometimes doesn't activate even when highlighted by the bomb, the bomb goes off and the corruption just doesn't get activated. Also it frequently spawns uncollectible loot - artifacts, currency, even unique items, that you cannot pick up. Clicking the item or its label in the game world does nothing.
