Character deletion due game freezes

I was experiencing game freezes all along the game today. Game was stopping by 1 minute freezes and even more on different locations. I even cant escape to character select title. In due of trying to solve the problem, I mistakenly deleted my character cause game was frozen and didnt react properly.

So, I want to recover my character now at least. And at the same time I didnt understand strange behaviour of a game today, cause there wasnt changes with game settings, hardware or system. Evenmore, it looks like a problem with PC cause player with the same network have no issue with gameplay in the same moment.
