HC bug death

My character was running the second ascendency. A witch named VictoriousGore. My hound procced the machine to go down the ascendency tower lift, i couldn't get down and im carrying an item in the ascendency that takes health and mana. The lift never came back up and no matter what i did I couldnt get it to come back up. I couldn't leave the ascendecy trial, I couldn't save my character and I died. I lost everything. Please, look at what happened and please restore my character.

I can't even properly screen record, please please look at the data, I went through 7-10 flasks draining trying to get back down the elevator but it was bugged at the bottom.

Also, I'm not sure if this is a bug people are aware of, but my file may be a new bug in general. I've never had this happen on any character of mine including minion witches on HC, who should've replicated this bug. I don't mind dying and replaying even dying to mobs that ohko like hag, monkey, etc. I'm no stranger to unfairness or deaths in poe 2. This one was so disheartening and mentally crushing. I tried to pause it to contact staff or do a screenshot but I couldn't, i can't portal either. Attempting to try everything i knew to save it, but still being forced to watch my character die was devastating.
