An idea to help melee: Acceleration as a combo feature in skillgems
I was thinking about the combo gameplay themes, and I realized, melee skillgems could have an acceleration trait to encourage multi skill combos.
Like using Shield Charge can trigger an acceleration to all strike skills. So Mace strike after shield charge is faster to perform. Sprinkle this about, and you can make a combo system for melee that can do special conditional triggers. From simple stuff like boosting aoe, crit chance, etc, or something drastic, like a single target having a hidden move when there is a specific combo done. Nice idea, I was already thinking about something that will boost action speed after certain melee skills, like allowing you to roll further (short MS bonus to roll), to help avoid certain hazards.

Combo Counter: MTX that will display combo count on screen, and if you Kill 2+ rares in a short time a deep voice says DOUBLE KILL, TRIPPLE KILL, MULTIKILL. we can make GoFund me for the IP fees on this one :P
