Spectres and Desecrate Pool Bug?

Alright, I wanted to get the Spectres for my Guardian in SSF, namely the Pale Seraphim and Demon Harpy. Finally got them, but there's the problem. Seems like they never appear in any desecrate pool, not in the map I got them from, not in any other instance, not even in hideout.

Tried other characters and multiple random spectres as well, same thing. desecrate doesn't contain the spectre corpses anymore. Then I kept running maps, spectres died to a massive AOE, can't resummon them from corpse pool.

Anyone else having the problem now? Or are there changes I missed regarding spectres?

My desecrate pool contains corpse that I obtained naturally from actual enemies. But it does not contain the itemized corpse mobs (Perfect Guardian Turtle, etc)
