Possible Rite of Passage Dupe??

I do not want to false report anyone, but maybe look into this.

I finally just found a Rite of Passage with Stag, and when price checking it I saw this user HH17712240666%238222 has 45 of them listed. all 7 days ago. They do have different rolls on the explicit, but as far as I can tell these are VERY rare, and I am not sure how someone could acquire that many of them without an exploit or RMT.
