Game crashes

Crashed 6 times in during 1 map. One of them, I was stuck at load screen when getting back online. Had to swap to another character, seemed going in the map on that one allowing my main character to get back on and into the map. This isn't the first time I've gotten stuck at a load screen, made the issue into a dumpster fire.
Oh, btw I died once logged back in due to the great timing it chooses to crash.

Fix your game, especially since you charged us for the testing.

Reinstall, game has a habit of self corrupting it's own files after a crash. Or better still, uninstall this hot pile of steaming _ _ _ _.
