Cast on Critical not Activating

I am attempting to get a Flicker Strike going. However, my Cast on Critical gem is not activating. I have Profane ritual, Profusion, Impetus and Energy Retention gems in it. The skill continues to be grayed out and the tooltip says "Missing socketed skill". I have well over 100 Spirit reserved. My Int is 133 as required for lvl 14.

I also tried Cast on Freeze with the same result. No clue what is going on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Do you meet profane ritual requirements?
Maybe you crafted a higher level PF by accident? it works here i just tested it.

I meet all requirements. I am beginning to think this is a bug related to the fact that my monk was created is pre-0.2. There are a couple other issues with pre-Dawn of the Hunt characters. I think I may have just stepped into another one.

Uhm, there were some pretty big changes on the tree with doth, have you tried a full respec?

I can't do a full respec. That has been bugged too for my pre-0.2 character.
Also, even if I could, a respec would re-do my passives, not skill gems.

I think it's time to walk away from the game. Maybe try a new toon when 0.3 rolls out...
