Mechanics of picking up items.

Just a functionality request.

When labels are off, do not allow item pickup, even on mouse hover. This causes unexpected behavior by sudden movement interruption when playing with mouse.

If z off, only allow pickup when alt is held.

This issue happens very often, and nearly kills me all the time. Rarely actually kills me, but sometimes.
