Convert Blood Mage Crits To Only Apply To Spells

What title says. Convert witch tree crit nodes to be only for spells. Also give us vermilion rings. I don't think I need to explain why.
Example of difference:
Critical Exploit node: 25% critical hit chance (if fighter class) / 25% critical hit chance for spells (if caster class)
And so on...

Just like Rapid Recharge (start of tree when sorc) is in the place of Living Death (start of tree when witch).
