Shekhemas Probem

Dear Path of Exile Support Team,

I am currently playing Path of Exile 2 and encountered a serious issue with the Shekhemas boss area.

I was already deep into the encounter — near the end of the third floor — when I had to exit the game due to an emergency. Normally, I should be able to re-enter and continue from where I left off, but now I am completely stuck. When I try to re-enter Shekhemas, my character just gets stuck at the entrance platform with no response or loading — the game does not proceed into the area at all.

I have tried restarting the game, switching servers, and waiting for the instance to reset, but nothing works. If this problem is not resolved, I may never be able to access or complete Shekhemas again on this character.

Please help reset the instance or resolve the issue so I can continue my progress.
