【bug】window switch

theres a glitch while switching windows. program cannot finish window switch function when hit alt+ table with fullscreen or windowed fullscreen, game window border will just show up and cannot finish the move.

only way to do this is to switch to window mode -- switch window --- switch back to full screen.

system: win11 23h2
