Steaming Pile O' map

Have been hung on the map "steaming springs." unable to load.
I used a lvl 81 waystone with 3 greed applied and corrupted.
I have tried multiple local servers, awaited server time out, and even prayed.
Nothing works.
I have also refreshed my connection to re-establish upnp priority and verified my speed at 800mb. (75 upload which is a Sony limitation)

The location is likely bugged, and I would like to play.
