Omen of Corruption Bug?

I used an Omen of Corruption + Vaal orb on Cadiro's Gambit quiver and it resulted in "No Change." Correct me if I'm wrong, I thought by using an Omen of Corruption it could NOT result in "No Change." My only guess is that it rolled +1 Socket but quivers can't be socketed. Possible suggestion: Allow quivers to be socketed or remove the possible +1 socket Vaal outcome when using Omen of Corruption on quivers and other equipment that cannot be socketed.

I have the exact same bug on an alchemists boon gem. I used 3 omen of corruption, 2 resulting in a decrease and the last resulting in NO change while clearly stating Omen of Corruption has been used.

+1 the same thing just happened to me with cadiro's
