GGG still didnt fix contagnion interaction with intense agony with brutality

if you use together intense agony and brutality in contagnion it keeps crashing your game when you cast it on monsters i see no fix in the patch notes about bug fix you cant use 50% dmg multiplier on contagnion still becuz of this game breaking bug why is it still not fixed?
