Secondary drive is read-only

On windows 10, my secondary drive "B:\" (which I installed PoE2 on) got corrupted and is now read-only.

I am now unable to write or delete anything these meaning I can't run the game. Attempting to uninstall the game is not working either, as well as trying to install the game on "C:\Program Files (x86)\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile 2" with the following message:
"Could not set file security for file: 'B:\FBM-Node-6\Users\Saar\Grinding Gear Games\Path of Exile 2\'. Error: 0. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to modify the security permissions for this file."

I am administer and changing anything in "B:\" is locked.

Any suggestions?
