Ping Spike When Inputting Movement/Attacks

I've just reinstalled the game and something that I've noticed is that my ping increased to around 150ms when I input any movement or attacks.

I live in Malaysia and I'm connected to the Singapore servers. With other games, my ping should be around 10ms to 20ms. But for some reason in PoE2, my ping idles at around 40ms and spikes to around 150ms when I input any movement or attack keys.

I tested it a bit more and it seems like moving my cursor also spikes my ping to around 150ms.

I'm using an ethernet cable connecting to a WiFi router extender, but I don't think that's the issue. Since my ping with other games like League of Legends or Deadlock is around 10ms on Singapore servers.

I really hope I can get help fixing this bug. It's making the game kinda unplayable. I was really looking forward to enjoying the new 0.3 update with my friends in about a week. I hope this issue gets resolved by then.
