troubles with my game launchiing

hey my game wont launch properly it, I pressed start for lauching it it gives me a black screen when it trying to load it then it crashes. I cant get verification code from game cause i cant launch it. Any help would be really appreciated.

Okay, did you forget the client.txt file?

I'm suspecting you have one of 4 issues:

• Game is trying to use AMD internal GPU not your dedicated GPU
• Windows Graphics issue not forcing the correct GPU
• Driver Issue
• Config Issue

Can't help without more info
