I bought new support pack and lost.....steam overlay lol

So yesterday I bought new support pack (blue one) and it crashed my game and after lauch it again I cant use steam overlay. It just refuses to appear. Pressing key combination just brings the white cursor and thats it. Steam overlay perfectly works in others games on my PC, I tried verify game files - doesnt help, enable and disable overlay in game's properties and the steam itself - same no result. Feels like I met a wall because I cant even understand the reason of that bug and how to fix it
