Cannot interact with chests, portals, or exit starting area

Hello,

I am experiencing a critical issue in Path of Exile 2. I can log in and move around in the starting area, but I cannot interact with any objects in the game.

Chests do not open when clicked.

Portals and exits to other locations do not work.

I am stuck in the initial zone and cannot progress at all.


This happens on both my PC and my laptop (two different machines), so it doesn’t seem to be hardware-related. I already tried reinstalling and verifying the game files, but the problem persists.

Could you please advise what might be causing this, or let me know if this is a known issue?
