Can't use my sorceress anymore, stuck on loading map

I'm playing on PS5, poe2 updated to the latest patch.

Everytime I try to start playing with my sorceress (lvl 55) the game gets stuck on the map loading screen forever.

To test, I created a new player (mercenary lvl 1) and I'm able to play with him with no issue.

Can some1 help me pls?
