POE2 Early Access Not Linked to Main Account

When I log onto the main POE website I log in using my Playstation account credentials. When I click on Path of Exile 2 Early Access it says I dont have early access, i checked and the microtransaction shows,

Please can you advise why I cannot access POE2 Early Access and how I resolve the issue. I currently play on PS5 platform and use the website to resolve issues and stay up to date.
