Lag spike with multiple displays after alt tab

I have two monitor and render game in full screen in window. After alt tab game switch to potato mode for economy system resource. But, after i go back to the game, poe is still potato mode with 3 fps, with intermittent sounds and unloaded texture.
I can fix it after switch display several times.
But i cant alt tab. And the game some time unload some textures with drop fps, like enable potato mode for 1 second.
Looks like game lost focus and cant get its back
